We’re looking for an organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support company ownership and help us focus on growth.
What We Offer our Team:
The Project Coordinator supports the execution of projects by maintaining structured project controls across multiple concurrent engineering projects. This role is responsible for WBS tracking, milestone monitoring, document control, and proposal deadline coordination to ensure project flow remains disciplined and predictable. The position also supports billing readiness by confirming timesheet completion and preparing organized invoice backup documentation. Success in this role requires strong organizational systems, advanced Excel and MS Project proficiency, and the ability to calmly enforce deadlines within technical teams.
Annual Salary Range: $ 65,000 - 75,000
