We have delivered over than 300 engineering and design projects to more than a dozen clients across British Columbia and Alberta. We focus on Energy and Utility Infrastructure, Industrial Engineering, Process Piping Design, Electrical Instrumentation and Controls and much much more.

Metro Vancouver Regional District (MVRD) operates the Iona Island Wastewater Treatment Plant (IIWWTP) in Delta, British Columbia. Airy Point Engineering was engaged to assess the condition of the sludge thickener overflow box and define requirements for safe external access, eliminating confined space hazards.
Scope of Work:
Airy Point Engineering provided strategic recommendations to reduce uncertainty and support MVRD in achieving safe and reliable access for future maintenance and repair work.

Applied Industrial Technologies (AIT) is supporting upgrades at the Lois and Powell Lakes Power Generation Stations in British Columbia. Airy Point Engineering was engaged to provide sealed engineering documents and design support for the Lube Oil System, ensuring compliance with EGBC authentication requirements.
Scope of Work:
Airy Point Engineering delivered authenticated engineering documentation and strategic design solutions to support AIT in achieving regulatory compliance and reliable system performance for power station upgrades.

The Metro Vancouver Regional District (MVRD) operates the Iona Island Wastewater Treatment Plant (IIWWTP) in Richmond, British Columbia. Airy Point Engineering was engaged to develop a front-end engineering design (FEED) and cost estimate for the replacement and relocation of Grit Pump #1.
Scope of Work:
Airy Point Engineering provided strategic engineering support to help MVRD modernize critical infrastructure at IIWWTP, improving system reliability, maintainability, and operational efficiency.

Gygax Engineering Associates Ltd. (GEA) operates in Vancouver, British Columbia, providing structural engineering services. Airy Point Engineering was engaged to develop a hydraulic system performance specification for BC Ferries (BCF) port upgrades on the Crofton to Vesuvius route.
Scope of Work:
Unfortunately following the detailed review and provision of a hydraulic performance specification, this project was paused by BC Ferries. Airy Point Engineering hopes to continue detailed engineering support to GEA, if and when BC Ferries reactivates this initiative.
